We require an HVAC Trade Assistant to formulate part of our on-site Facilities Management team, based on-site at the Victoria University.

Our Facilities Services division provides trade services to these clients, through our Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Carpentry departments.

We require an HVAC Trade Assistant, to formulate part of our on-site Facilities Management team, based on-site at the Victoria University.
You will be based on our client site, working in a team comprised of trades staff, admin support and facility and project managers.
This will include some planned maintenance, reactive tasks and project work.
As you will be working on a client site, strong adherence to health and safety of yourself and others, and good quality finishing work is essential.

Health & Safety is a priority for Cushman & Wakefield and the successful candidate will be expected to have a good understanding of the H&S requirements and behaviors in commercial environment.
Good personal presentation and customer service skills are also essential, as is a clean full driver’s licence.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo pre-employment medical screening, including a drug and alcohol test and be able to achieve Ministry of Justice clearance.
