We are now seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to join our Customer Relationship Team (CRT) based in Takapuna.

As the first point of call for our customers, you’ll be confident, present in a professional manner, and bring energy.

Your continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers first will set you apart from the rest, and your ability to use initiative and self-manage when required will be second to none.

This is not your average call centre role it can be a high-pressure environment, so your can-do attitude and resilience will ensure your success!

This is also an onsite role, and you will be inducted and trained in-house. We will consider flexible work opportunities on a case-by-case basis after that time.

Rostered hours on offer

This role works on a rotational roster, Monday Friday, between the hours of 8am 6pm. Your shift will be 7.5 hours with an additional hour for lunch.

We are closed for all public holidays with the exception of Auckland Anniversary weekend.

To be successful in the role, you will need :

  • Proven contact centre experience
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure
  • Be comfortable dealing with complex issues so problem-solving skills important
  • Be resilient, with good negotiation, be resolution focused
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience within either a banking or insurance environment advantageous
  • Knowledge of risk / compliance and privacy is desirable
  • Be a team player, you may also support the wider Customer Service Team occasionally.
