Administration support affects every area of the organisation and this is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to how we enable research and teaching at the University of Otago.
Reporting to the Director - Shared Services, this senior leadership role leads the provision of administration support to all areas of the University.

We are looking for an inclusive leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills. You will have experience managing the provision of professional and / or administration or related services across multiple client areas of an organisation.
Having proven experience in creating a culture of service excellence is essential for this role in any relevant context.
