We are looking for a highly motivated Voice and Collaboration Designer, who is keen to work with the latest technologies for key Spark customers.
This role requires someone with a passion for technology and a desire to accelerate their technical experience and career.
The candidate will be an instrumental member of a high performing, fun, positive team, gaining insight into Unified Communications and Collaboration infrastructure and application support.
Applicants will be experienced in Contact Centre Design. Developer skills would be an added advantage. The successful applicant will be working primarily on Genesys Cloud Contact CentresIn addition to the above, candidates should : Have a passion for working with customers Have an ability to work under pressure when urgent issues arise.
The role at times requires the ability to perform after-hours planned work, or overtime to meet deadlines.Have a sound knowledge of VOIP networking conceptsThis is an Auckland-based position, you'll join the Spark Voice and Collaboration Team.
