Think, East meets West. The cuisine takes classic street foods from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia & Thailand to create a menu which will take you on an explosive flavor journey of fusion!
Master Kong has a sister venue attached which you will also have the chance to work at, so this role will simply never get boring! Madame Sunset is a tiki bar which has kick-ass modern Pacific inspired cuisine.
