Are you a Service Delivery specialist who can help oversee the delivery of IT infrastructure services to a large, high profile organisation?

Can you engage with Fujitsu and customer staff to deliver to all service level obligations, develop effective relationships and teams, innovate and improve productivity, and grow and transform the customer's operations?

We are looking for someone who is capable of managing, indeed thriving on, the steady stream of challenges associated with managing the delivery of IT services to an organisation of significant size and complexity.

Using the ITIL aligned Fujitsu framework for the delivery of Managed Services, you will thrive in a complex and changing environment that will require a mix of well-calculated proactive and responsive action.

You will be responsible for ensuring the customer is consistently satisfied and expectations are exceeded, enhancing Fujitsu's reputation as an IT service provider and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

For you to engage well and be satisfied in this kind of role, you will need to have :

  • Experience in managing service delivery under an ITIL framework, and a breadth and depth of knowledge of SDM standards & practices
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior management and staff within the customer environment
  • An understanding of some or all of - client operations (specifically IT Infrastructure), contract adherence, monitoring and reporting, financial management of projects and services, bid preparation, offer definition, value propositions and risk management
  • The ability to think strategically, make an impact, leverage expertise, change and improve solutions and processes, and win trust with energy
