The Member Services team of this nationally recognised & respected organisation is seeking a versatile, motivated and relationship focused professional to continue the great work already done.
In this busy and varied role you will bring a strategic skillset and an authentic approach. Holding a natural attraction for working with community organisations and charities this role will see you take ownership for the delivery of products, benefits, and services to ensure member retention and deliver great value for money.
The organisation is ready for a change to the status quo and needs a leader capable of managing and developing a member services programme through proactive engagement and offering a great user experience.
A keen understanding of process, efficiency, service delivery with a continual improvement mind set is what will allow you to ensure the goals of the organisation are achieved, sustainable and future proofed.
This is a part time role working 25 hours per week. My client is happy for this to be undertaken in a routine that works for you.
Working in a small team of 8 passionate employees, you will have a great level of support and assistance around you, in order to deliver great results.
The day to day responsibilities will include :
Leading the Member Services Programme and ensure quality control across all member contact points
Developing and implementing a sustainable Membership Benefits Delivery Plan
Increasing the uptake of products, services and benefits by members
Delivery of service, products and benefits along with ensuring awareness through promotion
Membership satisfaction focus and completing annual surveys of members
Monthly report writing for board meetings
Developing of educational resources for members
Attending events to promote services
The preferred candidate will hold some or all of the following :
Experience working in a NFP / NGO / Charitable organisation
A continual improvement mind set
Strong stakeholder relationship management
Proven ability to build a strategic plan focused on service delivery, that engages staff and adds value to members
Ability to manage a variety of tasks
A good level of creative writing
Exceptional background in customer or member service
Experience or exposure to volunteer services
