Customer Service is key in this role and you will be troubleshooting and providing solutions for different software applications.

Naturally a problem solver, you will enjoy working collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding systems support.

You must have a flexible attitude, be willing to learn new skills, and have a positive can do' attitude.

Applicants should have the following :

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A focused and positive attitude, high motivation, a hunger to learn and challenge themselves and always seek to improve how things are done
  • Some knowledge of Microsoft Office and desktop applications
  • Excellent customer service skills, phone manner, written communication skills and ability to assist and teach others
  • If you have the right mix of organisational skills, interest in technology, personal drive backed up by strong customer service skills and want to work as part of a successful IS Team apply now.
