Job Overview & Purpose :
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing the overall Rabobank NZ content strategy, that aligns to our business and customer objectives.
Requires developing and managing the creation and production of online and offline marketing content for digital and social media channels and marketing collateral.
Context of Job :
Responsible for all aspects of content, which includes writing and editing the development, design, production, presentation, for website, social channels and marketing collateral.
Optimise marketing content by using feedback to help evaluate marketing content and websites.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
Excellent writing and editing skills for the web, social media, articles and marketing collateral.
Proofreading, restructuring and editing a range of marketing content and articles.
Creation and management of an annual content calendar that aligns to Rabobank’s marketing, sponsorship and event activity.
Prepare content a mixture of blogs, vlogs, articles and social media posts that support the marketing activity that drives, awareness, engagement.
Develop a content publishing schedule.
Experience in creating various types of content such as vlogs, blogs, articles, infographics, guides, and collateral content.
Drive visitor views and engagement with content across our marketing and social media platforms.
Work with creative designer, marketing, corporate affairs, country banking business, digital agency, external influencers and other industry experts
All marketing content to adhere to internal policies and procedures.
Ensure effective management of time and resources to achieve efficiencies and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and quality.
Strong organisational skills, with project management capabilities to prioritise multiple tasks.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Confident communication style, with excellent verbal and written skills
Bachelor Degree in Journalism or related field
5 years of experience in producing content for the web specifically, as well as channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, website.)
Knowledge and experience with building audiences both online and offline
Experience in producing smart CTAs according to the visitor lifecycle stage
Strong writing and editorial skills.
Ability to multi-task, with good project management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organised and detailed to manage and curate a range of content.
