The role :

As a new addition to the Transformation team, we are looking for a stand-out candidate who is experienced in Salesforce implementations.

You will be reporting through to the Salesforce Product Manager and work alongside diverse business divisions where you will be the "go- to" admin for all current and future Salesforce implementations.

You will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, quality improvement, user requirement maintenance to help AA's divisions manage their backlog activities while working alongside our implementation partner.

You will also support ongoing optimization of our Salesforce.com deployment by way of improving processes, facilitating user adoption, and fostering best practices in the Salesforce Centre of Excellence framework.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve the following key activities :

Manage and support all Salesforce.com administrative functions such as user accounts, SSO, profiles, roles, reports, dashboards, workflows, automations, formula fields, custom views, custom fields, objects, page layouts, picklist management, records management and validation rules

Refresh the sandboxes, coordinate the timing of these updates with developers who are using sandboxes

Look at the login history table to spot any user lockouts, excessive login errors, unexpected IP addresses

Assist with the development of a Data Retention strategy, perform data imports, data exports, and provide ongoing auditing of records to meet our risk and compliance obligations

Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades

Create and maintain process documentation and stay well-versed on Salesforce.com new release functionality, including release updates and high-priority fixes that are installed by default

Assist with communication to users regarding new features, enhancements and changes to the system

Consult with subject matter experts for domain related issues

Documentation and validation of user requirements (user stories), business rules / specifications, acceptance criteria

Production of artefacts, designs, workflows and processes working alongside project members and Enterprise Architects for input and validation

Assist with Scrum sprint activities

Input into test planning, test cases and test scripts

Assist with the User Acceptance Testing process and activities

Maintenance and timely update of product backlog items during the project life cycle (up to handover to business and support teams)

Liaison support post go live with support partner

Input into business cases, business improvement opportunities as required

To be successful in this role, you will have the following competencies :

Minimum of 5+ years' experience in an equivalent role

Salesforce certification would be an added advantage

Experience using Classic and Lightning in Sales and Services Cloud as well as exposure to Communities

Demonstrable practical experience across a range of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban

Deep and practical knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace, Visio, JIRA
