We are looking for Dumpling / Dim Sum Chefs!
This is a part-time role and working hours will be flexible.
The Street Food culture of Asia’s bustling night markets is our food inspiration. Think, East meets West. The cuisine takes classic street foods from China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Malaysia & Thailand to create a menu which will take you on an explosive flavour journey of fusion! With a huge selection of delicious dishes designed for sharing, plus a handcrafted signature cocktail list, Master Kong is the perfect spot for date night, work lunch or group celebrations.
This position will be based at Master Kong and will be focusing on the preparation of all the dumplings for lunch, dinner and weekend Yum cha services.
This means hundreds of dumplings to make by hand. Along with the preparation of the dumplings you will be expected to support in the cooking process.
