We have a fantastic opportunity available for a technology savvy and process driven Payroll & P&C Services Administrator , who will play a major part in the success of our People & Culture Team.
Supporting all functions of the P&C Team, this position will have a strong emphasis on supporting system and process enhancement, payroll administration and associated employee databases and reporting.
If you are someone who is capable of taking a proactive approach and has confidence to work with a variety of People & Culture positions and functions, we want to have a discussion.
Exceptional organisational and administration skills are crucial for success in this role.
You are an effective communicator (both written and verbal) and have excellent analytical, technical and problem-solving skills.
Working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment are strengths of yours and you are self-motivated to seek help and support when necessary.
Ideally you will have a background in the human resources with experience in payroll functions. A strong administration background is necessary paired with an understanding and knowledge of working with multiple HR related systems.
