Our Information Systems group comprises business process experts, software developers, web designers, project managers, and of course support technicians.
In this role, you would join the support staff : -Responding to and resolving software problems.-Testing systems are working properly.
Training new staff and existing staff in new software and creating reference materials.-Aggregate feedback and pass on to developers and project managers.
Data maintenance.-Creating reports for team leaders and managers.-Implement and improve monitoring and alerting-Helping automate our devops workflows This role requires working Tuesday to Saturday.
Key skills / strengths-Great communication skills. -Understanding software (windows AND web).-Understanding data (eg Null vs 0).
Logical reasoning / deduction.-Fast learner.-Strong interest in devops and automation. Key experience-Experience with PB Tech software is considered a major benefit.
