As a key part of the Applications and Integration Practice, this role focuses on the support and improvements to core business applications such as Microsoft Dynamics AX, SharePoint and Payroll Systems.

You will be required to work closely and build working relationships with application vendors and internal business teams who use these applications.

You will lead the End User Compute Engineers and Service Desk team in delivering and managing the Ports end user systems and services.

Ensuring that events and incidents are quickly responded to and resolved according to our internal service levels. The individual ensures that processes and procedures are developed and followed consistently.

The role works closely with other IT teams to ensure that documentation is up to date, and changes to systems are managed appropriately into the production environment.
