Position Information

We are looking for a Quality Manager to ensure that Invenco's products are designed, manufactured and serviced to World Class levels of quality.

Responsible for implementing quality systems to enable ongoing compliance and repeatability of manufacturing including configuration control, SCARs and reporting / auditing of yield and RMAs.

Audit quality and compliance procedures to ensure our products meet regulatory requirements will be an integral part of this role as will being the primary interface between customers and OEM partners with regards to non-conformance issues that may arise.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have a combination of leadership skills along with good quality expertise to ensure we reach our quality standards.

  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong customer-orientated delivery focus, proven time management and organisational skills. You will also have;
  • 10 years of relevant experience in quality management systems and quality assurance, coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification.

    In-depth understanding of regulatory and legislation impacts on organization, including RoHS, REACH, etc

    Strong interpersonal skills.

    Proven experience managing a team of professionals in quality roles.

    Excellent analytical and report writing skills.

    Strong communication skills - and ability to collaborate with a wide range of people.

    Quality Engineering experience in complex electronics design and experience with contract manufacturers in South East Asia

    Good knowledge of APQP or similar quality planning methods, ISO and Configuration Management controls.

    Knowledge of payments compliances would be advantageous

    Experience implementing ISO systems

    Membership to IQANZ or equivalent compliance body.

    Training in programs such as Lean or Six Sigma.

    Electronic background would be beneficial
