Due to expansion, we wish to appoint an Area Manager in our Auckland team.You will lead small operational teams at multiple sites across Auckland.
Hours require some flexibility due to client and operation demand.A typical week is Monday to Friday, starting between 12 noon and 2 PM and finishing at 9 PM (or after) Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities are; assuring service requirements are delivered, that it’s delivered to high quality, compliance to health & safety and employment standards, and positive customer relationships are maintained.
The successful candidates will have the following competencies or requirements.Commercial cleaning skills and experience.
Proven leadership & team motivation skills.Ability to manage a multi-site operation.Able to multi-task and problem solve.
Well-developed planning, time-management, and organisation skills.Have a mind-set & commitment to quality service delivery.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal).Knowledge of New Zealand health & safety, and employment legislation and practices.
IT literacy (intermediate plus level) including Microsoft Office software and mobile apps.Legal entitlement to work full-time in NZ.
Agree to an NZ Police clearance.Hold a current Full, Class -1 NZ Driver Licence (able to drive both manual & automatic vehicles) and a clean driving record.
