This strategic role will see you
Responsible for creating the regulatory strategic plan for the business unit
Provide guidance and strategic advice to NZPAC leadership team and business on regulatory changes in New Zealand (and Pacific, where specifically requested) and related projects
Anticipate and identify legal issues and counsel management to assist in the development of strategies and solutions
Lead the development and maintenance of regulatory licenses, processes and procedures
Provide practical and commercial legal advice and support as required to all areas of the business
Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including ICNZ, relevant regulators, divisional colleagues and across the NZPAC business
Your story so far
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in Financial services or Commercial Law desirable
