What are we looking for?A unique opportunity has presented itself for an experienced infrastructure leader to join Fulton Hogan, an Australasian contracting organisation, at senior management level and advance their career whilst working within a pristine part of NZ - Central Otago.
What you'll be doingBased in Alexandra and reporting to the General Manager South Island, this Regional Manager position is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.
This dynamic role oversees the Central Otago regional business, across a number of locations including ; Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago District Councils.
The business operations cover the full scope of Fulton Hogan’s contracting , asset management , project management and manufacturing activities including quarrying and asphalt production, supported by a well-established and dedicated team that thrive on innovation and success.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate diversity of leadership within the infrastructure sector and proven ability to develop and implement strategic thinking.
You will possess the energy, knowledge and capability to be heavily focused on the delivery of longer term and strategic objectives for the region in alignment with wider group strategy.
Key tasks include : Leads the development and execution of regional strategy. Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the Regional activitiesDeveloping and maintaining strategic relationships with customers and stakeholdersFull delegated authority and accountability for all financial and operational performance of the businessBe the ambassador of the organisation’s REAL values.
