Job Description

The JobOur Shared Services Centre based in our Christchurch Corporate office is looking for an Asset Administrator to join the team on a permanent full time basis.

The purpose of this role is to support the Shared Service Centre Asset Team to deliver high quality financial services to the business and its stakeholders.

The Asset Administrator ensures the fixed asset register is maintained and updated in a timely manner.This is a very busy role in which you will need to have high attention to detail, great organisation and prioritisation abilities, as well as excellent general computing skills.

The CandidateOur ideal candidate will have previous financial administration experience and able to adapt to systems quickly.

We are looking for someone who will be an effective team player whilst providing day-to-day support to the asset team. You will display confidentiality, discretion and integrity values as well as being customer service focused.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following;Excellent general computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quicklyIntermediate level user of Microsoft ExcelPrevious financial administration experienceAbility to prioritise and manage workload under pressure to meet deadlinesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail with strong data entry skillsExcellent communication skillsProficient organisation and time management skillsPrior asset administration preferableFulton Hogan Philosophy We build and maintain critical infrastructure that connects and enhances communities across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific.
