CARTERS Mangawhai is seeking a sales administrator or coordinator with telesales experience, fast and accurate data entry skills, a good telephone manner, keen eye for detail and commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.
Achieve branch sales targets and maintain customer loyalty through effective telemarketing sales techniques and quality customer service, responding to all customer enquiries accurately, promptly and courteously.
Primarily responsible for taking and keying orders, this role handles a number of other duties including :
You'll be able to demonstrate previous experience working in fast-paced environment where customer service is key. The time-sensitive nature of our customer needs, requires an ability to input accurate data quickly, processing sales orders within specified timeframes as per requirements and operational capability.
You should have good working relationships with telemarketing team leader, sales representatives, branch staff, customers and suppliers.
