High level of office based computer skills is a must !

Ideally experience in the real estate industry. (but not essential)

A "can-do" attitude a real must for this one

We are seeking a FULL TIME Office Administrator to assist and support our top performing sales team in our Lower Hutt office.

We are looking for an intelligent and proactive professional who works hard, is efficient and has excellent time keeping and organisational skills along with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

You will be kept on your toes with this position, every day will be different, and there is always something happening. So, if you thrive in a team environment then this could well be the job for you!

You will need to be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Professional people & personal presentation skills.

Your responsibilities will include :

Frontline activity including walk in, telephone and general office enquiries

Processing Sale and Purchase contracts

Administration tasks by request from Salespeople

Entering / Updating Online Listings

Booking & preparing advertising in various publications

Preparing Auction Documentation

Liaising with solicitors

General day to day duties

Hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
