We are looking for an organised and energetic People & Cultural Advisor with a strong attention to detail to join our award winning People and Culture team.

Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner you will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and other P&C team members.

This is a high paced role with lots of variety. As well as providing a first class end to end recruitment (including onboarding) service to our managers, you will offer specialist P&C administrative support and advice to our village management team.

Key Responsibilities?

  • Provide a first class end to end recruitment service to a portfolio of villages
  • Support the BP P&C to deliver strategic projects
  • Offer specialist P&C administrative support and advice to our village management team.
  • Support the wider team with coordination and administrative activities
  • Coach line managers on P&C operational matters and on effective recruitment practices to enable the development of leadership skills
  • Build effective relations with the Village Management teams and other key stakeholders
  • Contribute as a key P&C team member to a wide range of projects and initiatives.
  • About you :

  • Have a relevant HR (or similar) tertiary qualification
  • Two years generalist P&C experience with exposure to recruitment and ER
  • You have a strong process focus, great administrative skills and good attention to detail
  • You are highly skilled at building networks and strong relationships
  • You have excellent time management skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities
  • You have an eye for continuous improvement
