The role

You will be working with MBM Business Director and Senior Planner / Buyer to assist in delivering strong campaigns to market on behalf of MBM clients.

You will be an integral member of the team. Your role is to help your team project manage workflow smoothly and efficiently through the agency.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing any assistance required by senior staff across a variety of activity.
  • Implementing campaigns and booking media with publishers.
  • Conducting research to support the creation of media plans
  • Checking publisher contracts to ensure they are consistent with the approved plan.
  • Checking supplier invoices to check if consistent with what clients are billed.
  • Monitoring campaign performance during campaigns and optimising where required.
  • Implementing other campaign changes as required by the client or other partners.
  • Creating campaign performance reports (both interim and final) to be presented internally and to clients.
  • Identifying insights from results to inform future campaigns.
  • Attending client meetings as required.
  • Various admin and office management tasks as requested.
  • About you :

  • You don’t need experience, but a tertiary level qualification is preferred
  • You are capable, hard-working problem solver with great communication skills
