The Courts and Tribunals, Regional Service Delivery, Operations Support team is looking for advisors to join the team. This role provides direct advice and support to frontline service delivery across the Court and Tribunals team.
The key functions of this role are to provide advice and the delivery of work to a high standard in a variety of areas, including correspondence, technical advice, issue and risk management, data analysis and work programme priorities.

To be successful in this position you will : have a proven history of delivering work on time and to a high standard,have exceptional written skills,be a proven communicator and able to build trust relationships across a wide range of audiences,enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where you are required to influence and respond to changing needs and priorities,be able to see things from many different points of view and make connections to various streams of work, andhave a strong focus on resilience, and the ability to deal with sensitive subject matter.
We are looking for a motivated candidate who is eager to learn and grow. You will have room to develop your skills and knowledge across the wider Ministry of Justice.
