We have an opportunity for a Development Coordinator to join our team. You will play an integral role in supporting our Major Developments team in delivering customer-centric outcomes for major housing and commercial development projects across Auckland.
You will also provide a range of coordination activities to ensure that Watercare delivers on its obligations. Duties include;
Set up new development projects in our development management system
Maintain and update information on existing projects including documentation, plans, agreements
Document outcomes of meetings and agreements with customers
Use Watercare's development management system to track the activity on Development projects, including project status and actions to support the development
Maintain and manage Plan Change Register, ensure submissions are made on time, liaise with Planning Team on submissions
Maintain Commercial Agreement Register, monitor internal and external obligations
You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working as part of a team but are conscientious enough that you can also work alone and unsupervised.
The following skills and attributes are required :
Experience with customer relationship management
3 years experience in a relevant or related field
The following skills and attributes are desired :
Understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure
Knowledge of the housing and commercial development community in Auckland
