Role snapshot :

Working with a tight-knit, cross functional Agile team you create fit for purpose business requirements that positively impact delivery.

You will be involved with BAU responsibilities to adapt the new features and policies across the business and product itself.

Furthermore, you will be looked to help improve process, give insight and direction where you see the need, while creating documentation that succinctly and accurately captures the business's needs.

Your fit :

  • Minimum of a 1 years proven experience in eliciting requirements, both at strategic and detail levels
  • Experience communicating User Stories to the software development team
  • An ability to anticipate and act to minimise the probability and impact of risks and issues
  • Critical thinker, with the ability to devise alternative ways to achieving outcomes to the benefit of this organisations clients
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  • Experience in leading stakeholder-facing requirements workshops
  • Disciplined approach to process
  • Ability to approach complex problems both logically and laterally
  • High attention to detail
