Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of roofing products. They are currently looking for someone to work at head office in Auckland supporting the team with administration and account duties.

The Role-

As an accounts administrator you will report to the branch manager and work closely with the wider team. You will be responsible for-

  • Answering and managing incoming calls from customers and suppliers
  • Accounts payable & receivable
  • Daily Invoicing
  • Running end day reports
  • Matching and coding invoices
  • Managing the internal accounting software system
  • General admin duties duties as directed by you supervisor
  • Skills and Experience-

  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in an accounts role
  • A confident and clear phone manner
  • Great attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn new skills and develop
  • Fantastic time management
