MedView is a division of Crimson focused on helping students gain admission to medical school. We primarily focus on NZ and Australian medical schools but also deal with students applying to the UK.

We provide tutoring and workshops to help students improve their grades, standardised test scores and interview performance so they can achieve their dream of becoming a doctor.

This is a full-time remote position, based in Australia or New Zealand.

This role provides students with a personalised experience so they feel supported throughout their time with us. Medical school admissions can be a confusing and lonely process and therefore the Educo is there to provide a friendly ear, answer the student’s questions and make sure they receive the appropriate support they need through our services to achieve their goal.

The purpose of this role is to oversee smooth customer experience across a variety of MedView programs, by :

  • Delivering high quality and engaging program experience that facilitate student outcomes and satisfaction
  • Provides access to leading services, content & curricula that support the programs and teams delivering them
  • Serve as the project manager for the student journey
  • What are the main responsibilities for this role?

  • To guide the student’s journey with Crimson to achieve their goals
  • Coordinates and is the liaison who owns the relationship between Student / Parent and their wider Crimson Team
  • Be the student’s and parent's consistent point of contact throughout the program once their Crimson Service Agreement has begun
  • To assist in the actions steps of student’s plan as directed by their MedView Team
  • To advise students’ Crimson Team on possible value-added strategies to take
  • Collation and monitoring of student’s progress from their wider team to report on a regular basis
  • To manage any complaints or issues, by resolving or escalating as appropriate
  • What skills and experience are required?

  • Proficient in English - Spoken / Written
  • Experience in Customer Service or Customer Success
  • Understanding of various education systems (such as local curricula in AUS / NCEA)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Professionalism, time and stress management, confidence and a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and go the extra mile
  • Experience in NZ / AUS university admissions process will be preferred but not required
