Tower is on a mission to deliver a beautifully simple and rewarding customer experience to our customers and we are looking for Customer Service Consultants to bring this to life.
Working as part of our Service contact centre, you be the first point of contact for customers over the phone and email where you will support them with their policy related queries , complaints and when appropriate - cross-sell products.
To be successful in this role you will be :

You must be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same
Be comfortable working a rotating roster between the hours of Monday to Saturday 8 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, Sunday 9 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
