In this exciting role, you will learn to manufacture from sketches and drawings for heavy transport trailers and related components including medium to heavy carbon steel fabricated items.
You will also receive exposure to the repairs of trailer and truck chassis and miscellaneous items within the scope of TRT's business.
You will be involved in all phases of machine shop operations relating to activities of production technologies and company policies in a manufacturing environment.
We are passionate about your development and will provide ongoing support to build your experience in variety of areas such as welding to AS / NZS 2980 Standard, carrying out re-certification tests, welding and thermal cutting equipment and using drill presses and power cutting equipment.
