We are a software technology company that assists property Transaction Status Report (TSR?) management via our full service platform. thus far has assisted about 80,000 property transaction in NZ with an estimated property market value of $40B.

We are now in the final stages of an improved software stack for our digital offering and the global market. We are set to launch it by end July 2020 - .

Product Marketing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager / MarketingLead to bring deep expertise and unique insights driving and delivering strategic product decisions.

You must have clear vision managing the product life cycle for our New Zealand and Global business roll out.

Key aspects of the Role includes :

  • Product marketer and brand champion
  • Delivering the product vision road map & execution of the business plan
  • Collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Delivering unique product value based on customer demands
  • Analysing market and competitive conditions on an ongoing basis
  • Delivering o KPI?s while working closely with sales, marketing and customer support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals
  • Champion cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with the Board
  • You are :

  • An experienced product champion lead with the ability to build scale
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative and solutions focused.
  • Are technology savvy and have what it takes to build enterprise value and with the ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and commit and be part of the vision execution
  • To be considered for this role you are likely to have Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Law, Marketing or a combination :

  • Min 3 years' experience in product management in a software or SaaS type business marketing development role
  • Min 3 years' experience in disruptive technology or fin tech
  • Must be a self-starter and be willing to take ownership of the business
  • Ability to communicate effectively with good presentation skills
  • Organised with attention to detail and able to work under pressure
  • Great people skills
  • Banking, legal or financial services and property transaction experience will be an advantage. Of value is experience in innovation and strategic business leadership.
