About the RoleThe Learning Programme Coordinator provides a range of planning, coordination and support services and functions across the Learning and Capability team, as well as supporting the projects, initiatives and learning programmes managed by the Principal / Senior Advisors including the leadership development team.

The role is accountable for providing support to L&C projects and overall programme planning, analysis and reporting across the range of learning and development projects and work streams, helping ensure an aligned, coordinated and successful deployment of learning.

Key accountabilities include : coordination, tracking and reporting of projects and programmes across the L&C groupsupporting the coordination and delivery of MSD learning programmes and leadership development initiatives, including vendor management and coordinationmanaging and reporting on programme completion and scheduling to ensure participant information is accurate, costs and expenditure are tracked, and programme evaluation optimisedbuilding and maintaining strong working relationships across Learning and Capability, the wider HR group and key stakeholders across the Ministrygeneral administration support to the wider team if and when required.

Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in the role, you will need : demonstrated experience in project management, coordination and reporting in a large organisationfinancial experience in a project or programme environment, including tracking financial performance against budgets and forecastshighly effective communication skills with a client focusexcellent organisational skills, initiative and good attention to detailthe ability to remain calm and perform under pressure and meet tight deadlinesexperience using MS Word, Excel, Visio and project management softwareHow to ApplyTo apply, click the 'Apply Now' button to upload your CV, cover letter and complete the online application form.
