Auckland City, AucklandJob DescriptionAs a Services Support Specialist, you will provide support to stores and customers, via phone and email, to ensure our customers receive the best possible service, covering Tech Solutions Bookings, Repair Escalations and Claims Administration.
You will also work with customers and vendors to ensure that our other Services offerings are proactively managed, and our SLAs are met.
Please note that this is a Fixed-Term role until 31st January 2020.As a Services Support Specialist your key responsibilities will be : Responding to customer & store enquiries, taking ownership through to resolution.
Handling all customer queries across all channels of communication within the required SLA’sManaging the majority of customers contact via phone and emailBuilding rapport with the customer by active listening and adapting communication style.
Keep up to date with processes and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have : Previous experience in the insurance sector or in a contact centre environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
An outstanding phone manner being able to express ideas, thoughts and concept clearlyGreat attention to detail and accuracy of work.
The ability to work with a sense of urgency and thrive working under pressure.Have the ability to work with a diverse array of people and build successful working relationships both internal and external customers.
