    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

    The Analyst, Risk is accountable for the effective management of a customer journey into home ownership, partnering with customers / representatives to provide advice and determine relevant and targeted product eligibility, leading to successful home ownership outcomes.

    You will also be responsible for the effective recovery of debts prior to legal recovery proceedings commencing, negotiating payments / payment arrangements, handling debtor enquiries and provides administration assistance in relation to the loan portfolio and helping with home ownership product eligibility assessment.

    Responsibilities of this position are expected to change over time as the organisation responds to changing needs. The incumbent will need flexibility to adapt and develop as the environment evolves.
