Owner of all NZ orders received from Distributor / Direct Order until order is released in SAP.
To coordinate with GEC team to ensure fluidity of order entry process.
Ensure GEC has all the right documents for order processing.
Follow up on all orders to fulfill Ops Targets.
Maintain high level of communication with distributor all aspects of the services business .
Maintain Weekly Order Entered Sheet for local tracking.
Ensure business compliance in all related aspects.
Coordinate Order entry Service Orders Procurement Executions Sign Offs (customer acceptance).
Projects Requisitions Ensure all items are verified, ordered and delivered. Work with SSO & GEC Team.
3p contractor admin management (3p call outs, Service Confirmations, Project Sign Off)
Maintain Project tracking report for South Pacific.
Work with Training coordinator / Distributor on local training organization (Venue, catering, delays, etc)
Manual TRN confirmations
Shipment of training gears and items arrangement with Logistics
Create / maintain DTSA usage reports
NZ Rotable Hub Control
Working with PLS / Customer Care Team for NZ Repair / Exchange shipments and tracking
Maintenance of the NZ rotable stocks managing it with AUS PLS Team
Regional PMA Contracts Management (111 contracts)
Own PMA E2E process for Australia and Zealand.
Maintain up to date PMA Master file
Working with proposals team - NBV to be prepared when 3 months rolling report with any contracts up for renewals.
MB58 file update
PMA Scope changes (Billing adjustments, PPR adjustments, MB58 adjustments, Part Extension if any)
Renewals (Checked pricing, Proposals - PWO and Approvals, automate NBV calculation) 90 days ahead
Make sure all PMA orders / replenishment is verified, ordered and delivered in a timely manner.
Handling PMA returns stock rotation / scrapping
Schedule for drive reforming, stock maintenance and audits
Billing Admin (GJC)
Review & Release PMA contracts (Australia & New Zealand)
Perform Billing Admin duties.
The replacement resource to continue to perform operational tasks and additionally assist New Zealand delivery team in project admin related tasks.
This will better support the NZ delivery team to focus better on business, supporting our customers and winning orders.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, analytics, and / or contract services or equivalent.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience in customer account management or project management preferred.
4. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Preferred background or prior experience using and interacting with computer-based enterprise-level business systems such as SAP or equivalent.
6. Understanding of automation sales and channels to market preferred.
