    Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role We are currently recruiting a People Hub Advisor to join our team based in Auckland. In this role you will provide first line advice on Human Resources related matters and will be responsible for the generation of variation letters required throughout the employment lifecycle.

    The role supports the business through the timely provision of advice and by assisting our people in navigating our HR systems and processes.

    You will also provide internal customers with a cohesive, solutions focussed HR service that enable our people to focus on their principal activities.

    This is an exciting role with potential for growth into a variety of HR disciplines across the wider People team. Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bring

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR position
  • Relevant qualification and / or experience providing HR advice and administrative support
  • An ability to recognise when there is more to a situation than may have first appeared
  • A self-starter with a strong customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
