    Working closely with the Branch and Sales Manager, this fast-paced role will see you partner and develop our Commercial and Residential customer accounts in order to grow Carters share in the market.

    As an Account Manager some of your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing and developing relationships with our existing customers.
  • Seeking and sourcing new business opportunities through sources, leads and relationships
  • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure Carters provides complete solutions and packages for customers
  • Implementing regular sales cycles, visiting building sites and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Providing product and market info to your Customer base
  • Reading building plans, understanding your Customer's build and anticipating what they will need next
  • WHAT YOU NEED :

  • Successful sales professional within a B2B environment
  • Breaking into new markets excites you and you understand the value of price and margin in building profitable business
  • High level of self-motivation where you work well autonomously and are comfortable managing call cycles
  • High level of commercial acumen together with the ability to quickly adapt to market requirements makes you ideal
  • Exposure to and knowledge to the building industry is very advantageous
