Lead Programme Delivery Coordinator - Auckland Metro Programme
We have an opportunity for a Lead Programme Delivery Coordinator to join our Auckland Metro team based at our Sylvia Park location.
We are looking for an organisational guru and real "people-person" to support and lead our Auckland Metro Programme. Our projects are complex and iconic, and something people are proud to be involved with.
Based in our modern Sylvia Park office the role supports the wider Capital Projects and Asset Development (CPAD) group.

As a Programme Delivery Co-Ordinator you will report to and develop a close working relationship with the Head of Delivery Management.
In your role you will contribute to the tactical support of the Auckland Metro Programme and make recommendations to improve efficiencies in programme support.
Some of your key responsibilities will be to :
Ensure that our activity supports a customer-led strategy, drives innovation and growth and delivers the right outcomes for customers in line with our business plan.
As the subject matter expert in the Programmes' Governance, you will oversee all Governance activity from CPAD's Joint Governance Group, through to Project Steering Groups
Provide insightful coaching to Programme Coordinators and Administrators, ensuring adequate cover of Programme requirements
Lead the way in best practice in support of the Programme, using your valuable expertise to streamline processes and introduce efficiency that can be adopted by the CPAD group
Understand and develop strong and connected relationships with key business leaders, and other stakeholders, ensuring customer, operational and delivery requirements are met.
Ensure that the communications and relationships with the wider internal KR Business Units are effective and efficient
Translate and deliver strategies, Programmes and initiatives into tactical operational activity
Maintain a commercial overview of group activity to identify and investigate any opportunities and challenges
You'll be an experienced Programme Coordinator, unflappable under pressure and skilled and leading a variety of tasks at the same time.
You are confident and competent, investigative by nature with an eye for detail. We are looking for a pragmatic and well-considered communicator, who can take accountability for what they do, working alongside the Head of Delivery Management, Programme Business Manager and Lead Programme Business Coordinator to promote and drive positive change.
Ideally you will have previous experience in the engineering and / or construction industry or experience supporting a project team in a complex, busy environment.
A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products is essential, with experience using SAP and Maximo systems being seen as advantageous.
