MinterEllisonRuddWatts requires short term / flexible resourcing solutions to meet our needs, and the needs of our clients, in an ever changing marketplace.

Similarly, many talented lawyers are looking for the opportunity to undertake top quality work while retaining their flexibility.

We want to be able to resource our short term needs and assist our clients to flexibly resource secondments at short notice, with high quality lawyers who are available to work on defined contract assignments.

For this purpose, we are developing a pool of technically excellent, first rate lawyers who we can call upon when the need arises.

We're interested in hearing from MinterEllisonRuddWatts alumni and other lawyers across a range of practice areas and varying experience levels who are looking for flexible working options (e.g. short term, part time).

Why register your interest?

Support & flexibility - you will have the support of the firm and access to resources and knowhow, while retaining greater choice and flexibility over when and how you work

Quality of work - you will have the opportunity to work on interesting assignments for high calibre clients
