    We are looking for a Regional Manager to step into a portfolio based out of Christchurch, and covering a broad network stretching through Dunedin and as far as Invercargill.

    As a Regional Manager with Lumino you'll enjoy the autonomy and full ownership of managing your own region. With sole responsibility and an opportunity to really make a difference for the 13 practices you support.

    You are a champion for collaboration, engaging with both clinical and non-clinical team members, as well as our Support Office teams.

    Primarily responsible for the financial performance of your region, you will be familiar with P&L's and be capable managing a diverse and remote team.

    At the heart of this role is stakeholder and relationship management, confidently communicating at all levels. Using these skills you'll enjoy partnering with your practices and Lead Clinicians to drive performance, as well as overseeing all operational aspects of running a successful practice.

    You will relish the opportunity to impact change from both a people and commercial perspective.

    About you

    To step into this opportunity, we are looking for the following skills and experience :

    Demonstrated multi-site experience as an Operations Manager / Senior Account Manager (industry experience an advantage, but not a prerequisite)Confident leadership skills, with the ability to give and receive feedbackStrong presence with the ability to influence and motivate.

    The ability to coach junior staff membersAn honest and direct communication style to engage our people and our clientsThrives under the pressure and can multi-taskUnderstands the commercial drivers of a business and has a sound knowledge of budgets, sales targets, utilisation, and profit & loss statementsConfidence with and the aptitude to learn new technology Comfortable working with ambiguity combined with resilience and adaptability

    Note : Because this is a Regional Management role, you need to be prepared to travel and work remotely.
