About the Role
Reporting to the Aerowork Board (CEO Ravensdown and General Manager, Supply Chain) and a direct report to the GM Supply Chain, this senior leadership role is responsible for setting the direction of Aerowork.
You'll develop business strategy and lead significant capital programmes to bring it to life. Based at the core of the operations in Whanganui, this role has accountability for business operations, engineering, HSE, marketing, culture and leadership.
Leading a large, highly qualified team; developing and utilising industry-leading technology; you'll drive a business that provides outstanding service across the network, whilst developing and maintaining relationships with industry bodies such as the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and other stakeholders.
