Each year NZ Post invests in strategic transformation and business change initiatives which are crucial in supporting the realisation of our Purpose and Ambition, Strategy and Operating Plan.

To support this NZ Post operates a centralised Change Management function designed to provide leadership across NZ Post's strategic change agenda, ensuring the successful design and implementation of change strategies, with our stakeholders and customer's needs at the forefront.

A vacancy has arisen within the team for a Senior Change Manager. Reporting to the GM Design & Change the incumbent will play a key role in ensuring transformation and change initiatives meet objectives by understanding stakeholder impacts and needs plus, developing and implementing change management strategies that maximise stakeholder adoption and usage with minimise resistance and impact on business or customer operations.

We are therefore seeking applications from Change experts who can operate in a centralised and collaborative manner to ensure all our individual programmes and projects are operating in a cohesive and enterprise wide approach.

This role may sit within programme / project teams at times, with quality and performance management, career development and line management remaining as part of the Design and Change Team.

Key skills and attributes that we are seeking within this role include : Relevant Practitioner qualifications10-15 years' experience managing, implementing, facilitating and monitoring change across multiyear or multi-million dollar transformational change programmesExperience working with Senior LeadershipA reputation for collaborative working relationships and achievement through partnerships.

10 - 15 years' general business experience and experience operating with leaders and staff of all levels of the organisation.
