Your key responsibilities

Focus on finance change, helping the leadership of private and public sectors organisations to assess and improve their finance function

Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver improvements

Deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of finance and performance management advisory professionals

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role you must have

Accounting experience (CA qualified candidates is preferred)

Demonstrated experience in a finance performace or improvement environment, either in consulting or in industry with in-depth exposure to finance processes and data

Experience or interest in technology implementations including general ledgers, workflow, financial reporting, and planning, budgeting, forecasting

Worked within a team to design and run large scale programs of change

Ideally, you’ll also have

A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through period of ambiguity and change

Perfomed data analysis and visualisation (using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau)

Hands-on experience implementing SAP S4 / Central Finance is highly desirable

Generating valuable insights and delivering change for your internal / external clients

Project and change management. The ability to thrink through setting up projects and improvement initiatives

Experience in building and managing teams and developing talent
