We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Auckland. If you are keen to grow as a professional and a person, you are creative, want to be challenged, develop your skills, want to drive change, and your purpose is aligned with ours, this is the role for you!

Your key responsibilities

  • Focus on finance change, helping the leadership of private and public sectors organisations to assess and improve their finance function
  • Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver improvements
  • Deepen your subject matter expertise as part of a global network of finance and performance management advisory professionals
  • Skills and attributes for success

    To qualify for the role you must have

  • Accounting experience (CA qualified candidates is preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in a finance performace or improvement environment, either in consulting or in industry with in-depth exposure to finance processes and data
  • Experience or interest in technology implementations including general ledgers, workflow, financial reporting, and planning, budgeting, forecasting
  • Worked within a team to design and run large scale programs of change
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • A consulting mind-set, comfortable navigating through period of ambiguity and change
  • Perfomed data analysis and visualisation (using tools such as PowerBI and Tableau)
  • Hands-on experience implementing SAP S4 / Central Finance is highly desirable
  • Generating valuable insights and delivering change for your internal / external clients
  • Project and change management. The ability to thrink through setting up projects and improvement initiatives
  • Experience in building and managing teams and developing talent
