The primary purpose of

both a Chef de Partie is to support the other members of your team. These are developmental roles with the aim to expand on your cookery skills, as well as management skills, so as to one day run the kitchen.

Through supporting the other chefs in your team, you will absorb skills that will help you develop your culinary career.

We are looking for Chefs who are ready to join a company with endless opportunities for growth!

We are on the hunt for :

  • At least two years experience working in a busy kitchen
  • Strong organizational skills, making sure the kitchen is ready for service
  • A self motivated individual with a strong work ethic
  • High standards for the team and an attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills for your team and customers
  • An organised individual who can ensure all operational processes and procedures are adhered to
  • Time management skills
  • A positive and friendly attitude!
