As a Customer Unit Lead, you'll be setting the vision for the Unit in order to drive outstanding experiences for our customers and grow profitable net new business.

You'll be a role model of what 'one spark' partnering and collaboration looks like - assisting the squads or pods to prioritise work and remove roadblocks resulting in ever improving customer and team engagement levels.

You will be an inspirational high energy leader clearly focused on building the capability and value that our customers and people need to be even more brilliant than they already are.

Goes without saying that all of that has to add up to driving the results and achievements that you're accountable for.

What you'll bring

  • A mastery understanding of both the sales and service crafts with the ability to motivate squads to achieve their targets and metrics in both disciplines
  • Proven experience engaging at C-Level with customers and a strong existing network of senior contacts
  • An in depth understanding of end to end ICT product and service offerings
  • Exceptionally strong commercial acumen - understands financial and accountancy methodologies and applies in a sales context
  • Mastery understanding and ability to teach strategic selling tools and ensure they are used by all squads
  • Leadership, empowering others to create win-win opportunities
  • Track record of proactively developing diverse talent across the business and is a sought-after coach, giving high quality constructive feedback to those beyond their own chapter / tribe
