    The Opportunity :

    Reporting to the Optimisation Manager, your role will be diverse and challenging. Your main responsibilities will include, though not be limited to the following :

  • Day-to-day planning for containers
  • Analysing reports and forecasts to identify trends, anomalies and potential issues
  • Building and managing relationships with suppliers predominantly carriers and transport providers
  • Resolving day-to-day issues and providing customer service and delivery information to customers
  • Producing reports and presenting insights to the planning and management team
  • Ad hoc involvement in Continuous Improvement projects
  • Overseeing junior optimisation analyst performance and providing coaching and mentoring as appropriate
