The Nursing Resource Team provides an opportunity to work across a number of clinical settings such as surgical, orthopaedics, cardiovascular, medical, older persons and rehabilitation, paediatrics covering care partners, sick leave and vacancy deficits.
Working under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse you will be deployed to work in a variety of clinical areas within the hospital assisting with vulnerable patient activities of daily living (ADL’s).
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts; AM, PM and night shifts.
A comprehensive orientation is included and you will be encouraged and supported to complete your HCA merit steps.
