This exciting full-time position is available to a panelbeater or mechanic who has 1-3 years experience and is for a career change or a new challenge.

This is a diverse role, where no two days are ever the same. The successful candidate may be based in the Waikato or Bay of Plenty region, with work from home an option.

Desired skills and qualities for this role include :

  • Trade qualification in panelbeating or automotive engineering, this would include approx. 1-3 years experience
  • Experience dealing with insurance companies would be desired
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • IT competency
  • A willingness to be flexible for the business
  • Main duties and responsibilities :

  • Management of both heavy and light motor insurance claims
  • Inspection of damaged vehicles
  • Agreeing costs
  • Communication with customers
  • Delivering settlement outcomes
