We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated person who is committed to leading all aspects of our Serve over Seafood Department in a timely and professional manner.

We are seeking someone who has a great work ethic, and standards; enjoys interacting with people and has a switched-on, can-do attitude.

Someone who is totally committed to leading all aspects of the department in a timely and professional manner to build on our amazing Seafood offer.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following abilities :

A strong focus on fresh, high-quality product and enticing displays.

Dedication to quality customer service

Excellent negotiation & time management skills

Excellent Food, Health & Safety standards

Excellent communication skills

Superb fish filleting and handling skills

To successfully lead the seafood team

To order & control stock levels

Be well presented with a strong commitment to uphold the values of the business

Experience using MS Office and SAP would be advantageous.

This is a Full time, salaried position that reports directly to the Supermarket Manager. The preferred days of work are Tuesday to Saturday;
