We are looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at Iona Care Home in Oamaru.
This is a casual position and you will be covering shifts for staff on leave or at short notice due to sickness.
You will be supporting the lives and wellbeing of older people living in this residential service by providing general housekeeping duties.
The ideal person will have good organisational skills, be reliable, efficient and hard working. Team work, personal effectiveness, communication, problem-solving and responding to change are important to this role.
Able to work as part of a team, with good communication and problem solving skills.
An Enliven home, Iona has 79 residents who are supported at hospital and rest home level of care. It’s a home integral to the community and 8 Presbyterian Support Otago Enliven homes have 4 year certification from Ministry of Health.
That is testament to the quality of our systems, processes, living and working environments and especially our staff.
